Board
of Directors
MB Foundation’s Board may
have between eight and 15 members.
The directors of MB Foundation are nominated by its current Board of Directors
and must be approved by the U.S. Conference of MB Churches. The U.S. Conference Treasurer is automatically a member of our Board by virtue of holding that position. We currently have
eight directors on our Board.
Each year, our Board has at least two regularly scheduled meetings. In addition,
the directors may meet as needed via telephone or otherwise.
