• Outright Gifts are the simplest gifts to make and the type most preferred by charities. Such gifts include cash, real estate, securities, and farm commodities. The gifts must be complete and irrevocable.
• Planned Gifts may be set in place now but do not mature until some time in the future. Planned gifts may be used to provide for operations, fund a special project or capital improvement, or establish an endowment to ensure the ongoing support of the organization or ministry.
